The usage of computer increase in day to day life.. a very quick and ideal posture for computer uses to fit for the future....follow the simpler rules and avoid unnecessary stress that can limit your capacity viz .. neck pain, back pain, stress on shoulder, stress on lower back & legs...



1. Firm Lumber support - to relieve stress on your lower back
2.Your eyes should be in a straight line from the desktop/laptop
3.scree should be in a vertical postion
4.The distance between you and desktop, should be sufficient enough that if you will bend little  from your      trunk still your hand can not touch the screen 
5.Feet should be fully supported
6.if you will tired and if you will change your position that give slight angle to your desktop.
7.Palm should be fully supported while typing
8.Elbow should be 90 degree  bend
9.The angle of monitor is important
10.Key board should be at low height than the monitor
11.There should be sufficient distance at back side of computer to shift it
12.Sufficient space should be there to extend the leg..
